INVESTING
2025, Seed Round
Welcome to the qbsite Seed Round investor page. Here, you'll find key details on our tech incubator's vision, scaling plan, and investment opportunity. We're excited to have you join our mid-December F2F event in Trollhättan for live/online presentation, networking, and deeper discussions. Details will be emailed to interested angels before the even—reach out if you'd like to join.
Qbsite is a sustainable technology incubator in Trollhättan, Sweden, evolving from a successful 3-year privately funded Phase I pilot with local vocation school YH Akademin AB. We've supported 10 projects, 15 project members / founders, launched 2 startups (e.g., “ve2so” in electromobility V2X solution ready for market launch 2026Q1, “Open Bygg AB” construction company for distributed resources launched in 2025Q2), and built an estimated ~30M SEK in portfolio value, within all projects combined.
Next Phase focused on AI-automated innovations for upcoming 5 years, qbsite acts as a "fab vault" toolbox for solo entrepreneurs: input problems, get AI crews organizing 24/7 iterations with robotics for prototypes, validations, market prep, and launches support.
Now, we're raising 2.5M SEK annually for 5 years (total 12.5M SEK) from up to 10 network angels via WISE warrants, granting 8% equity in our 2025 campaign. This offers early access to a groundbreaking AI-automated "fab vault" model, with a target at least 2x-3x ROI multiple (100-200%) over 5 years—tied to spinout exits and valuations. Join our mid-December event in Trollhättan for live/online presentation, networking, and details—RSVP to secure your spot and receive event info.
Vision of the qbsite is to become a fab vault for humanity's solutions
qbsite vision isn't just an incubator—it's a self-sustainable solution infrastructure:
Redefining Entrepreneurship: Qbsite transforms ideas into reality by bridging the execution gap, enabling single entrepreneurs to solve humanity's daily problems through end-to-end automation with AI agents and robotics tools—no overhead, no limits, just seamless innovation from concept to launch.
Self-Powered & Resilient Fab-Labs: Build resilient, off-line/off-grid -capable cubes that become part of the Fab Labs global network. Serve dual purposes as innovation hubs and emergency shelters, ensuring functionality in any condition on Earth or beyond.
Global Scalability & Impact: Over 10 years, scale from Scandinavian pilots to a worldwide network of fab labs, democratizing fabrication for makers, fostering entrepreneurship and community-driven solutions, and opening to public via IPO to fuel expansion.
What is a Fab Lab?
A Fab Lab (fabrication laboratory) is a small-scale workshop providing open access to digital fabrication tools like 3D printers, laser cutters, CNC machines, and electronics workstations. It empowers individuals—students, entrepreneurs, and makers—to design, prototype, and manufacture custom solutions.
Originating from MIT's Center for Bits and Atoms in the early 2000s (led by Neil Gershenfeld), Fab Labs democratize personal fabrication, much like personal computers revolutionized computing. Today, over 2,000 locations form a global network coordinated by the Fab Foundation, emphasizing open access, education, collaboration, and sustainability through local production.
Qbsite builds on this ethos, integrating AI automation for 24/7 efficiency and resilience, turning Fab Labs into "fab vaults" for interdisciplinary projects that solve real-world challenges.
Key Milestones & Timeline
In Year 1 (2026), qbsite will establish core company functions and operations in Sweden; equip the first official site with Fab Lab tools—including 3D printers, CNC machines, and laser cutters—integrated with local AI agents for guided research and support; create strategic partnerships to build a collaborative network with vocational schools, universities, and accelerators; and establish a robust supply chain, with targets to generate 1-2 spinouts in year and target 40M SEK company valuation.
In Years 2-3 (2027-2028), qbsite will deploy full AI-crew systems for 24/7 Fab Lab operations, including AI-assisted processes from design, manufacture to product/company launch; incorporate self-sustaining features such as solar power, battery storage, satellite internet, and related backup technologies; partner with the Fab Foundation for the latest standards and networking opportunities; and expand operations to 2-3 additional sites, with targets to generate 2-3 spinouts per year and target 80M SEK company valuation.
In Years 4-5 (2029-2030), qbsite will launch an R&D-As-Service offering aligned with the Fab Lab blueprint, emphasize full sustainability through the use of local materials, recycling, and zero-waste prototyping processes; franchise the qbsite blueprint; and develop a comprehensive licensing model, with targets to generate 3-5 spinouts per year and target 150M SEK company valuation.
